The mosaic we are part of — family members and important others — also lives inside of us. When it is fragmented or broken, we feel the sharp edges internally.

I am thrilled to be doing an in-person event this Fall — bringing together presentation and constellation to allow for a full-group experience. Together we will open a fresh inquiry into challenges like stuckness, anxiety, heartache, and other obstacles to a fulfilling life. We will explore the essential pieces of the mosaic.

As we begin to invite imagery forward — of our upbringings and the lineages in which they are nested — we witness the subliminal streams that flow into us, the underground entanglements, loyalties, and patterns that set in the long ago. As unique and common histories unfold, paths to freedom emerge.

In being able to release the baggage of journeyers from generations past — our parents and the grand and great — we become more available to ourselves, living in service of the future not of what has already been.
