The Constellation Studio

An Experiential Learning and Demonstration

Constellation is a deeply democratic space wherein every piece of work is relevant to every other. No matter the complexity of our particular narrative, our entanglements are common. We are afraid. We are angry. We are asking too much or too little. We feel resentful, disappointed, impotent. We don’t recognize our own capacity. We are trying to be with the present while we find ourselves still steeped in the past.

Constellation is a generous space wherein every participant is a gift by virtue of their presence — and each can receive great insight by simply remaining curious. Curiosity — about life, about each other, about ourselves —  is the wellspring of movement.

In this Constellation Studio we will gather for a day of experience, beginning with a brief orientation regarding Family Constellation in general and as Suzi has evolved its practice. She will work with 6-8 questions brought forward by participants, using Constellation and selecting members of the group to represent. And, we will do one group exercise designed specifically for the group that comes together on this day.

To close, Suzi will present a talk on The Danger of Our Safety Behaviors in which she’ll explore the ways that defenses imprison us and how some of the most powerful defenses are actually the legacy of previous generations.  There will be time for Q/A.
