The Mentoring Space - Launching as a Facilitator

Facilitating Systemic Constellations with Groups and in Individual Formats

With Suzi Tucker, organized and assisted by Karen Passalacqua

For those who have completed at least one in-depth course in the principles of Family Constellation work and wish to be mentored into greater confidence and competence, this series will provide a safe bridge to cross that threshold. No matter your specific leaning — spiritual, therapeutic, body-centered, structural, cognitive — the movements and perspectives of Constellations can be incorporated to anchor and give wings to your orientation. Thus, your voice, exactly as it is, will be just right for an awaiting audience. A grounded and embodied understanding of the originating Constellation observations and the personal mobility to accompany people through uncharted territories will ensure that that voice has the range necessary to be heard across facilitation platforms.

When one looks at a piece of art, there is the image that can be seen and there is a depth and organic matter that lie beneath the surface. Like the painter, the facilitator collaborates with seen and unseen creativities. The facilitator inhabits his or her guidance, without agenda or presumption.

This is a three-session series, three days in each segment. The learning format will include practice with one another, supervised facilitation with outside clients, close annotation of diverse case studies, Q and A, and exercises designed to balance confidence and humility. Participants will explore both group and individual facilitation.
